1. Free Trial

We offer a free trial so you can evaluate our service before committing. No credit card is required, and no charges will be made during the trial period.

2. Subscription Billing

All services are billed in Canadian dollars (CAD) on a monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled.

  • $9.00 CAD/month for the first 1 TiB of storage
  • $0.00878 CAD/GiB/month for additional storage
  • Free data egress up to 3x storage volume per month

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You will retain access to the service until that time.
  • No further charges will be incurred after cancellation is confirmed.

4. Refund Policy

Because we offer a free trial and charge based on usage, we do not typically issue refunds. Exceptions may be made under the following circumstances:

  • Billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges)
  • Technical issues that prevented service access during a paid period
  • Other exceptional cases reviewed on a case-by-case basis
